Anything you add to your meal after preparation to enhance the flavour, i.e. mayonnaise, brown sauce, mustard, ketchup, mint sauce, cranberry jelly, balsamic glaze etc. Excludes Oils, Vinegars and Dressings see ‘Oils, Vinegars and Dressing’
Cooking Sauces
Anything you add to your meal during the cooking stage, i.e. stir-in pasta sauce or pesto, curry sauce etc. Includes wet or dry rubs, pastes and marinades, jar or sachet sauces

Products that are sold on the delicatessen counter or shelves
Desserts and Puddings
Sweet pudding or desserts, whether stored ambient, chilled or frozen e.g. cheesecakes, tarts, crumbles, pies, sponges. Includes individual desserts i.e. mousses, crème caramel etc. Excludes Ice Cream and Lollies, see ‘Ice Cream and Lollies’
Eggs
Inclusive of all unprepared eggs e.g. chicken, duck, quail, and varieties e.g. blue, brown
Fish

Quiches, Pies and Savoury Pastries
Includes ambient, chilled or frozen. Also includes sausage rolls, slices and savoury tarts
Relishes and Chutneys
Any relish or chutney including savoury jams or marmalades suitable for cheese e.g. pickled chutney, onion marmalade. Excludes Christmas products, see Christmas
Reduced/Low
Products specifically created with reduced sugars, salts, fats in comparison to their standard counterparts e.g. reduced fat salad dressings, reduced salt condiments, sugar-free drinks, ice cream etc. Does not include reduced fat meat products, see ‘Meat’ for ‘reduced meat category’
