Foodservice Categories
These categories are specific to foodservice and wholesale products available in Ireland, and will be judged with a foodservice focused set of judges and judging criteria. Packaging will be judged on functionality, material and purpose, but will not include artistic design and imagery due to the nature of foodservice products.
Entry fee per product: €335 + VAT.
Small producer entry fee (fewer than 10 staff and annual sales under €1 million): €125 + VAT.

Any bread or morning goods product in the foodservice sector that stands out or is unique e.g. pastry selection, mixed rolls

Whole, sliced or individually wrapped portions. This will be split accordingly depending on entries.

Sachets, bottles or Back of House ingredients

Presentation packaging to new flavours/Platter innovation

Sliced to BOH to Ready to serve variations
(FS) Ready to Cook & Meal Accommpaniments
Includes BOH, part prepared, for outlets to finish the dish e.g. lasagne, risotto, stews etc
(FS) Vegan Products
BOH recipes or products that are healthier or innovative; BOH meat substitutions. The category will be broken down to enable like for like products to be judged.
