The countdown is underway for CATEX 2025, Ireland’s largest Foodservice and Hospitality event, scheduled to be held at the RDS, Simmonscourt from February 18 to February 20, 2025. Celebrating a significant milestone, the event marks 60 years of fostering skills, culinary innovation, and product excellence within the industry.
Taking place biennially, CATEX 2025 is positioned as an essential gathering for professionals from the foodservice, hospitality, and catering sectors. Over a dynamic three-day period, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with over 270 suppliers, engage with industry leaders, and explore advanced solutions in energy efficiency and waste management—critical elements for addressing the current business landscape challenges.
The layout for the 2025 exposition has reached full capacity, illustrating the event's popularity, with key sponsors such as Calor and Bunzl McLaughlin continuing their longstanding support. Among the highlights of the event will be the IFSA Awards (Irish Foodservice Suppliers Alliance), sponsored by Gas Network Ireland, alongside live competitions like the SCA National Coffee Championships and the Chef Ireland Culinary Competitions, which will be conducted in collaboration with the Panel of Chefs.
