Includes all cheese products: Irish; Continental; hard and soft; goats, sheep etc.

Products with dropdown options within categories will be split where necessary to ensure products are judged alongside similar ones.

(All Year Round) Hard Cheese

Any cow’s milk cheese which is hard in texture, i.e. cheddar.

Any cow’s milk cheese which is soft in texture, i.e. spreading cheeses, brie, camembert and soft cheeses.

Any cheese made from any animal other than a cow, including buffalo, sheep and goats’ cheese, feta, halloumi etc.
