What is your first food memory?

I remember as a child eating cooked Lamb and really enjoying it!

Are you a starter person or a dessert person (and why)?

I am a starter person as I believe it is important to start your pallet off right. Get in the groove of your meal and you can end your meal off with the perfect dessert to match!

Your perfect birthday breakfast is...

A good fry up

What food is your guilty pleasure?

I really like cake!

A secret ingredient that makes everything better is...

Garlic and Ginger

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party?

Any family or friends to try my cooking. I enjoy to cook a lot!

What is your favourite cuisine and why?

I love to make a good salmon, it can be paired with a lot of things and has a lot of good fats and vitamins.

What is one food you can't stand?

Mushrooms

You can only take one condiment to a dessert island with you - what will you choose?

Mayonnaise

What is your most used cookery book?

Don't have one! I usually see a cooking video and try to make the dish.

What do you listen to when you're cooking?

I usually listen to a podcast whilst I am cooking.

What's your ultimate cooking hack?

If you would like to make a gravy or rue, use cornstarch or plain flour, butter, cream and milk (either or, I tend to use both) salt and black pepper and the left over juices from your meat dish to make a gravy. To make a rue, follow the same ingredients and swap out the meat juices for cheese of your choice.

When choosing food products, we should think more about...

If it is naturally produced or ultra processed. Naturally produced tends to be more expensive but generally tastes better.
